Dominika Wielgucka – trainee attorney at the Poznań Bar Association. Dominika graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her master’s thesis about collective punishment and joint sentencing in the field of procedural criminal law was written under the supervision of Prof. Paweł Wiliński.  She joined our law firm in 2017.

Her main field of interest, in addition to criminal business law, is business and civil law. She has extensive experience in providing wide-ranging legal services to companies and individual entrepreneurs in various industries, and individuals. In her professional practice, Dominika also provides opinions and drafts contracts, especially in the field of real estate law and debt collection, and resolves commercial and civil disputes. She successfully represents our clients before courts and administrative courts, as well as in administrative and tax proceedings. Dominika’s desk is full of gifts from grateful clients after winning their cases.
