Aleksander Kiel – attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of History (major: Eastern Studies) at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has developed his legal interests at the Intellectual Property Postgraduate Studies at the University of Warsaw.

Aleksander specialises in providing services to business clients. He has extensive experience in serving construction companies, advising clients on local and nationwide construction projects. Aleksander is a recognised expert in construction law, representing clients in administrative proceedings before construction administration authorities or construction supervision authorities, as well as in proceedings before administrative courts, as well as drawing up legal opinions. His unique expertise is legal services to outdoor advertising companies. Thanks to his vast knowledge and experience gained from hundreds of cases throughout Poland, the law firm provides services to four of the five largest outdoor companies in Poland. His special field of expertise is the road lane occupation and in this field the law firm is considered as a nationwide leader, conducting with great success cases for permits to occupy road lanes and cases for fines for occupying road lanes without road operators’ permits in the entire Poland. Thanks to his experience the law firm’s clients have saved fines of millions of Polish zlotys. Aleksander is also an expert in corporate property tax proceedings. He carries out real estate audits, advises clients on possible real estate tax savings, obtains refunds of real estate tax overpayments in tax proceedings, and conducts disputes before tax authorities and administrative courts. He successfully defends clients in litigation before courts of all instances, preparing and implementing strategies and brilliantly adapting them to sudden twists and turns in the courtrooms.
