Bartosz Kędzierski – attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland.          

He specializes in litigation before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court. Bartosz successfully represents clients not only in complex commercial litigation or real estate disputes, but also in criminal proceedings, with a particular focus on malpractice cases and defamation and libel cases. He has extensive experience in personal rights litigation and civil partnership settlements. His fields of expertise include inheritance cases from conducting inheritance audits, advising clients on the best solutions for planning inheritance succession and solutions to avoid future compulsory portion claims to handling inheritance proceedings.
