Kacper Kobierski – trainee attorney at the Poznań Bar Association. Kacper graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. His master’s thesis about  abuse of procedural law by the prosecutor in criminal proceedings in the field of procedural criminal law was written under the supervision of Prof. Paweł Wiliński.  He joined our law firm in 2019. 

He serves companies, answering clients’ day-to-day questions, reviewing and preparing contracts, and drawing up documents in collection proceedings. At our law firm, Kacper handles registration and bankruptcy proceedings. He also analyses complex criminal cases, preparing draft strategies that are subsequently implemented by our lawyers in pre-trial proceedings and criminal trials. He represents clients in courts, administrative courts and law enforcement authorities.
